Everkinaura offers practical pet products across our Feeding, Grooming, and Daily Travel collections. These Terms of Purchase describe the conditions that apply when products are ordered through our online store.
By placing and completing an order with Everkinaura, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these purchasing conditions. These terms operate together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
Please review the following provisions before completing your purchase.
1. Eligibility to Place an Order
By purchasing through Everkinaura, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, and have the legal authority to complete the transaction.
You are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of products ordered from Everkinaura comply with laws and regulations applicable in your location.

An order may be canceled or held for review because of circumstances including unexpected inventory shortages, suspected fraudulent activity, payment or verification concerns, incorrect pricing, technical errors, or other fulfillment issues.
Before dispatching an order, we may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the purchaser, payment, or transaction.
If Everkinaura cancels an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
We may also revise product prices, specifications, availability, or promotional offers at any time without advance notice, provided that applicable customer rights and confirmed transactions are handled as required.
4. Product Images, Descriptions & Variations
We make reasonable efforts to present our pet products accurately through photographs, descriptions, measurements, specifications, and other information displayed on our website.
However, the appearance of a product on your screen may differ slightly from the physical item.
Factors such as screen settings, lighting, photography, device calibration, manufacturing batches, materials, or normal production tolerances may result in minor differences in color, texture, dimensions, finish, or other visual characteristics.
Such minor variations do not automatically indicate that a product is defective.
If an item differs materially from the product ordered or qualifies for a remedy under our applicable policies, you may contact our support team and follow the procedures set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Pricing Errors & Website Mistakes
Although we regularly review product information and pricing, occasional technical, administrative, or display errors may occur.
If a product has been listed at an incorrect price because of a system malfunction, data-entry error, configuration problem, or similar issue, Everkinaura is not required to fulfill the order at that erroneous price where applicable law permits.
If we identify a material pricing error before fulfillment, we may stop processing the affected order, notify you, and issue a full refund for any amount already collected for that transaction.
We reserve the right to correct inaccurate pricing or other storefront information when discovered.
6. Inventory Availability & Delivery Estimates
Stock information shown on our website represents our current availability estimates and does not constitute a guaranteed reservation of inventory until an order has been successfully processed.
An item displayed as “in stock” may occasionally become unavailable before fulfillment is completed because of inventory synchronization delays, unexpectedly high demand, supplier changes, or other operational circumstances.
Although we aim to process and deliver orders efficiently, international delivery may in some circumstances require up to 30 business days after payment clearance.
Shipping or fulfillment may be affected by factors including carrier congestion, customs procedures, severe weather, transportation interruptions, inventory shortages, or unexpected supply-chain events.
Displayed delivery periods are therefore estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable during processing, we may contact you, remove the unavailable item from the order, and appropriately adjust or refund the related amount.
7. International Orders & Local Requirements
Customers purchasing products for delivery outside the location from which an order is fulfilled acknowledge that international transactions may involve differences in product documentation, support availability, packaging requirements, or local regulations.
Depending on the destination:
Manufacturer or supplier warranties may not be available, transferable, or enforceable in the customer's jurisdiction.

Packaging or labeling may differ from standards ordinarily used in the destination market.
Customers are responsible for determining whether products purchased through Everkinaura may lawfully be imported, possessed, and used in their destination country or region.
8. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
The amount paid to Everkinaura at checkout includes the product price and applicable shipping charges displayed during the transaction.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, additional charges imposed after shipment are not included.
For international deliveries, the recipient may be treated as the importer of record and may therefore be responsible for applicable:
Customs duties
Import taxes
Value-Added Tax (VAT)
Border-processing charges
Brokerage or customs-clearance fees
These charges are determined by authorities or service providers in the destination country and are the customer's responsibility where applicable.
9. Governing Law & Company Information
These Terms of Purchase and transactions conducted through Everkinaura are governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
